Do I need to have been fitted first?
Technically, no — but honestly, yes, and here's why we say that with love.
The whole magic of the Happy Girls Bra Box is that every bra is chosen specifically for your size, your shape, and your preferences. Without a fitting, we're guessing — and you deserve better than a guess.
A proper fitting is where everything starts. It's where we find your true size (which is often a surprise!), learn what styles work best for your body, and build the foundation that makes every future Bra Box feel like it was made just for you — because it was.
The good news? Getting fitted is easier than you think — no matter where you live.

Can I choose my bras, or will you choose for me?
Whatever works best for you!
You can select both the style and / or color from the catalog, or you can say, “Surprise me!” and I’ll choose pieces from your wishlist that match your comfort, shape, and lifestyle.
Plus, you’ll get access to exclusive fashion colors and prints that aren’t available in the store
Do I get the bra box?
We ship the Bra Box on approximately the 25th of January, April, July, and October
What if I’m in the process of losing weight?
You’re still a great fit for this!
We know that things change, and we want you to always have the best fit. This is why one of the "perks" of the Bra Box is a Free Fitting each year.
Just come in to refit OR let us know of adjustments that need to be made to your sizes
What if I need to return or exchange a bra?
No worries — I’ve got you.
You have 14 days to return a bra for store credit or an exchange, as long as it hasn’t been worn or washed. If something doesn’t feel right, just reach out and we’ll get you into a better fit. Your comfort always comes first.
How does quarterly billing work?
Your Bra Box subscription is put on a recurring schedule. Billing renews on the 5th day of the month it is being shipped in. For example, if the Bra Box is being shipped in April, your payment on file will be charged on the 5th of April. Your quarterly subscription will renew every quarter on the 5th thereafter unleast you choose to skip a quarter.
Can I skip a quarter?
Yes. We want the Bra Box to be flexible for you. You can choose to skip a quarter whenever you need. Your order will automatically resume on the next quarter's date.
