We’ll be using Voxer, a free voice-messaging app that lets us chat in real time — like a walkie-talkie, text, and voicemail all in one!

Here’s how to set it up so our VIP experience runs smoothly.

Step 1: Download the Voxer App

iPhone:

1. Open the App Store

2. Search for Voxer Walkie Talkie Messenger

3. Tap Get → Install

Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store

2. Search for Voxer Walkie Talkie Messenger

3. Tap Install

Step 2: Create Your Account

1. Tap Sign Up

2. Enter your name, email, and password, or sign up with Apple / Google

3. Upload a friendly photo so I know it’s you

Step 3: Turn ON “Tap to Talk”

This makes sending voice messages quick and easy!

1. Open Voxer

2. Tap the Menu (☰)

3. Go to Settings → Audio Settings

4. Turn ON Tap to Talk

(Now you can tap once to record and tap again to stop.)

Step 4: Find & Add Your Contact

1. Tap the Search icon

2. Type Missy Helderman or use this link: Voxer Link

3. Tap Add Contact or Start Chat

Step 5: Start Chatting

You can send:

• Voice messages

• Text messages

• Photos (optional)

Optional: Use Voxer on Your Laptop

If you prefer typing or note-taking:

1. Visit web.voxer.com

2. Log in with the same account

3. Chat right from your browser
